Sean O'Bryan is a practicing attorney, entrepreneur, and author, currently residing in Metro-Detroit. When in Chicago, you will likely find him around Loyola University's beautiful lakeshore campus, either working on his start-up law practice, or exploring a new business idea. A third-generation immigrant, Mr O'Bryan became intrigued with his international roots and the various cultures that make up the United States. Subsequently, he studied international business in Rome, and became the co-founder of The Study Abroad Truth, a preparatory book and program for university students studying abroad, commonly regarded as one of the most valuable experiences in a lifetime, as it surely was a turning point in his life. He runs a business that provides carpool transportation for colleges throughout the country as well as an event business in Chicago. He speaks Italian, French, and Spanish, and strongly advocates international exposure in the educational process.
In 2021, he was included in the Super Lawyers® list of Michigan, the membership comprising of a rigorous selection process and independent review. He was further recognized in the top 2.5% of lawyers in Michigan on the Rising Stars list of Super Lawyers® in 2021. In 2018, he was named as one of the top 40 under 40 lawyers in two U.S. states.
After starting the boutique national rideshare practice, The Uber Lawyer, Mr. O'Bryan seeks to assist US courts in providing more apparent guidelines and enhanced financial and overall safety for Americans who participate in new transportation types.

Mr. O'Bryan has a B.S. in finance and marketing, a JD, and MBA from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. He is an advocate for the Socratic philosophy that teaches those to begin your exploration on a topic by simply answering why. Aside from enjoying writing, Mr O'Bryan enjoys playing the trumpet and ukulele, spending time with his family, and practicing yoga/meditation.
