David P. Bailey

David P. Bailey has been curator of history at the Museum of the West (a division of the Museums of Western Colorado) for 26 years. He enjoys researching western Colorado history, working for historic preservation, public history, and museum exhibition design. Bailey has served as a documentary film presenter and consultant, working with National Geographic, the History Channel, the Travel Channel, and the BBC. in 2005, Bailey became director of the Western Investigations Team' a historical and scientific research group that investigates western Colorado historical mysteries.
