Shelby Stoddard, NP-C, MS, APPN, RN

Shelby is a practicing Nursing Practitioner in Idaho and serves as the medical director for the renowned West Clinic in Pocatello. She holds additional licenses to practice in Wyoming, Montana, and Utah. She is a holistic healer, believing that finding the why to symptoms is key to promoting optimal health for patients. She is a neural therapy guru, understanding your bodies energies are made to flow without blocks just as your veins and arteries are meant to. She has a vast understanding of how to integrate biology, physiology, quantum physics and regenerative modalities for your optimal health and wellness. She realizes sick care is promoted in the United States and has a personal goal to facilitate change in this thinking to all whom are graced in her presence. She realizes that integrating links that actualize the mind, brain, nerves, and immune systems work together to be well: fighting infections (immune responses), repairing tissues, and modulating cellular activity. She realizes sickness and disease becomes evident through trauma, exposure to poisons/toxins, and or pathological, that are worsened by the negativity one is exposed to for further cellular damages. After finding Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiment-“words are alive” and embracing the concepts of neural therapy and energetic medicine, she has further reasons to believe that the dissolution of disease disharmony and trauma can be healed by embracing various healing practices. She prides herself in being open minded and offering tools for change for a life of blissful, luminous expression, knowing we all are beyond symptoms of disease disharmony.

Shelby teaches patients at the West Clinic how to mobilize and enhance their ability to be well by expressing themselves in multiple processes to stimulate their immune system and other organic systems to utilize the body’s natural processes to achieve and maintain an optimal state of health.

Shelby grew up in Manchester, Pennsylvania where she would play doctor with her plastic medical kit that was given to her as a small child. She loved listening to her family’s hearts beat, as she does to date, although her stethoscope has been upgraded.

Shelby has been in the nursing profession since 1994. Her career stared in Pennsylvania where she started as a certified nursing assistant, graduated from Licensed practical Nursing school in 1996, with a diploma, graduated from Lancaster Health College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 2001 with 3-year hospital-based associates degree, priding her with a vast clinical experience, chosen for multiple, academic and clinical awards. In 2002, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Millersville University, Millersville Pennsylvania, with high honors. In 2002, she moved from Pennsylvania to Pocatello, Idaho to be closer to the area she had learned to love as a child. She has worked in various hospital departments, affording her vast knowledge and experience throughout the years. In 2012, she graduated from Idaho State University with a master’s degree in nursing and completing residencies at rural health clinics and acute care medical centers in Idaho. She passed the medical boards to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners this same year. Since passing her boards, she has been a nurse Practitioner at Pocatello Cardiology associates, Portneuf Medical Center, Island Park Medical Clinic, Idaho State University family residency clinic, and guest lecturer for Boise State University Nursing department.

Since joining practice at West Clinic, she has been to a multitude of exceptional training to gain depth and insight into integrative medicine. In 2015 she was awarded a certificate in oxidative medicine from Dr. Robert Rowen, MD; certificate in neural prolotherapy from John Lyftogt, MD and Jeff Harris, ND; certificate in regenerative and oxidative medicine from Dr. Frank Shallenberger, MD; MSKUS Ultrasound Diagnostic and Needle Injection Course with a certificate from Tom Clark, DC. In 2016, IV nutrition therapy for physicians’ certificate from Virginia Osbourne, ND; supervising investigator and clinical practitioner in the FDA Clinical Research study on the use of UVLRX IV treatment therapy; and Study investigator and clinical practitioner for the OPTIMA-G pain study. In 2018 she attended regenerative aesthetics procedures from New Life Regenerative Medicine in Florida. She is grateful to practice with two renowned colleagues, Dr. Jason West and Dr. Scott Nelson since 2014. She prides herself with learning, thinking, and practicing “outside the box” along with allopathic medicine to assist each person with their unique needs of the body to regulate disharmony or keep in harmony.

She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners of Idaho, American Holistic Health Association, American Academy of Chelation Medicine, American College of Cardiology, and Sigma Theta Tau.

Shelby is married to an amazing love, Chris, has a fabulous son Hunter, and authentically fantastic supportive family and friends. On any given off day, you can find her fishing, snowmobiling, rzr riding, camping, mountain biking, and or hiking. She has developed a magnificent work/play balance, which allows her to show up fully for herself, family, and those she gets to offer tools of change for their optimal well-being.
