He provides the Facilitating Career Development Facilitator, a variety of online seminars to make continuing education easier and more affordable, onsite professional development, consulting and speaking for a wide range of career professionals, from college academic advisors, career counselors and adult education staff to school counselors, job coaches, state government career-focused staff and private consultants.

Jim founded Peak-Careers to make it easier for career professionals to help their students and clients find their life’s work—the thing that energizes, inspires and fulfills them.
