LaLita O. King

LaLita Olivia King is an artist, illustrator and creator with a BFA from Parsons School of Design. Her work has been featured in national publications and art galleries around the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As parents of a little girl, LaLita, and her husband and co-author, Steven A. King, felt compelled to create children’s books centered around a strong female character. The Oopsie Daisy (the forgetful elephant) series is truly a labor of love. LaLita and her family currently reside half the year alongside the beautiful beaches of the island of Puerto Rico and the other half in the city of New York.
