Daniel Ray

Two degrees, military service and a wide range of odd jobs - painting, tiling, elderly caretaker, mower of grass, excavator operator, event coordinator, radio announcer, wedding DJ, chainsaw/tree trimmer, construction worker, UPS, Lyft driver, and now, strangely, author. My life experience has enabled me to not only live out and understand a multitude of different perspectives and experiences, but has given me the ability to write for a wider audience. So very blessed to have had Christ give me such a wide range of very rewarding opportunities.

I came to Christ as an adult and have been a Christian now for 26 years. I've lived in California, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and have traveled to Mexico, Germany, the Sinai peninsula, Puerto Rico. I've been in the depths of Mammoth caves, swam in the Red Sea, scaled Yosemite falls, stood at the base of giant coast redwoods in Muir Woods, been across the Golden Gate, and have been through a few tornadoes and earthquakes.

Love to read, run, write and enjoy stargazing, memorizing star names and constellations as well as looking by hand for deep-sky objects with my 10-in. Dobsonian telescope. I currently live in a converted barn apartment in rural North Texas.
