Raghavendra Tippur (T N Raghavendra) is a miracle . An engineer by education and profession was unaware of the spiritual field till his 50th year . Mr Raghavendra is a modern Maharshi . He visualises the manthras and then explains them . He spent many years from his 40th year in the Himalayas . From his 50th year he experienced many paranormal experiences

Mr Raghavendra , in his own words , "The world appeared as a great mass of light . Strange sounds of vedic hymns and started reverberating in his ears and visions appeared early in the morning every day for many days . . I ralised the world , mind and the Atma .

Initially I did not have any academical knowledge of the sanskrit , which is the language of the mantras , . The curiosity and urge to know became an obsession . I started studying the scriptures along with the language . It all appeared so familiar to me . . So started the study of the Vedas , upanishads , Bhagavad gita and other holy scriptures . The interpretation of the Vedic mantras by the traditional scholars did not appeal to me . The urge to know truth became paramount to me " .

Studying the scriptures and explaining them in simple terms has been a joyful journey of spiritual quest for Mr

Raghavendra for the last 30 years . .

His vision is universal , not confined to any region or religion . Truth is same for all , not affected by time and situations . His approach is rational , scientific and not based on beliefs and superstitions . There is no hell or heaven separate from life

here . Everything is cause and effect . The causeless is the Experiencer and the creative vital energy with

Consciousness .

Mr Raghavendra has studied the four vedas and has explained the meaning of the manthras , hitherto not available for the

world at large in simple terms . He has published the Rigveda consisting of 10,552 HYMNS in 8 volumes .

Mr Raghavendra has also written fourteen books in KANNADA language . Some are Rigveda saara ,-- Yajur veda saara ,-- Sama veda saara ,--Atharvana veda saara ,-- Veda samvatsara ,-- ashtavakra gita ,- , - Thathva Manjari , - upanishat saara sangraha (compedium of 29 upanishads) .
