Randy Baker

Randy Baker is on a mission...a big mission...to coach clients on how to find, buy, or build the perfect business for them.

His hands-on and sometimes folksy approach to disrupting industries has proven successful across verticals, including aerospace, the early internet, and, most recently, cryptocurrency.

From selling fish, to being kidnapped, surviving polio, and rubbing elbows with the giants of industry, he has lived nine lives and has a story for every situation. His story-centric, dynamic approach to building and operating companies has allowed him to change the world in substantive ways. And he’s just getting started.

His experience as a hands-on operations and finance leader for rapidly growing, distressed, or start-up organizations – coupled with the knowledge gained by starting and exiting several businesses of his own – is now available to you so that you don't have to make the mistakes he made.

Randy received his Bachelor of Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Accountant. His early career at KPMG provided the strong foundation for his business career. Living and working on three continents and traveling through over a hundred countries gives Randy a rounded perspective on life and business.

He believes that everyone is born with a purpose and that some are born to be entrepreneurs. Helping clients find their inner entrepreneur and launching their own business is his passion and purpose.

Australian by birth and American by choice, Randy lives with his wife Laura in Austin, Texas. He can be found on sunny days taking in the rays in his classic Mustang convertible or sipping a red on his patio while steaks sizzle on the grill.
