Blanca De La Rosa is an author, speaker, and mentor whose life journey embodies resilience, transformation, and the power of rising unapologetically. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the projects of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, she navigated cultural and linguistic challenges before a supportive Latino community existed. Despite limited guidance, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from Pace University and went on to build a distinguished 34‑year career at Mobil/ExxonMobil, rising from entry‑level roles to global leadership.
Throughout her corporate career, Blanca held domestic and international assignments across the United States, Europe, Central and South America, and Nigeria. As a Business Development Manager and President of ExxonMobil’s Employee Resource Group, she represented the company at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Regional and National Scholarship Awards and served as host, keynote speaker, and panelist at numerous events supported by the company’s charitable foundation. Of all her responsibilities, her greatest fulfillment came from mentoring young professionals—helping them navigate corporate life, find their voice, and rise with confidence.
Today, Blanca continues her mission of empowerment through her writing and speaking. She is the author of several books spanning women’s empowerment, self‑help, career development, memoir, and spiritual growth. Her works include Unshaken: Women Rising, Leading, and Living Unapologetically, Empower Yourself for an Amazing Career, A Holistic Approach to Your Career, Pursuing a Better Tomorrow, and Your Power Within – Inner Guidance. Through her books, Blanca blends practical wisdom, emotional insight, and spiritual grounding to guide readers toward clarity, purpose, and personal transformation.
Her message remains constant: no matter where you begin, you have the power to rise, lead, and live unapologetically. Blanca continues to write, mentor, and inspire women to embrace their strength, honor their journey, and step boldly into their purpose.
