Fred Evrard

Fred Evrard is a 50 year-old French author, professional martial arts instructor and international speaker. He is also a 32° Freemason. After more than 20 years of research including a 4-year-trip around the world to further study martial arts, nutrition, traditional medicines and spirituality, Fred and his wife Lila now teach all around the world and spend their time between the US, Europe and Asia.

Fred is the author of several books (both in English and French) on martial arts, nutrition, health, how he healed cancer, personal growth and freemasonry.
