I had intended to share inspirational words by others on my Facebook page when these words were softly spoken to my heart. I immediately understood what I was intended to do with my gift...
Susan (Sue) Marie Kneidel was born in St. Marys, Pa. on April 1, 1947, the middle child of Frank and Rose Mary Kneidel. Sue was always drawn to the beauty of God in nature and loved being raised in a rural setting surrounded by the Allegheny Mountains. She graduated from Villa Maria College, now Gannon University, in 1969. Sue had a successful business career As Director of Risk Management for Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. During her tenure in Risk Management she authored a column for “Business Insurance” titled Ask a Risk Manager for a period of ten years. She was also selected to be part of the Business Insurance Risk Management Honor Roll representing large corporations. Following her retirement from Hardee's Sue and her husband, Tony, retired to Smith Mountain Lake in SW Virginia where she enjoyed a second career working with Webster Marine Center as the self-proclaimed “beautification technician.” She loved detailing boats and getting new and used boats ready for sale. However, poetry remained her passion and her means of communicating the love of our Creator with others which is the inspiration behind this book. Sue is married to Anthony (Tony) Werner who was also born and raised in St. Marys, Pa.
