Michael Hinckley

Michael has a degree in Social Work and taught English as a foreign language for five years to students from around the world at community colleges. He also taught writing skills at a university in the UK. A change of career meant Michael has, over many years, developed extensive IT systems knowledge which he has applied to great success to solve complex technical problems and present them to clients in a clear non-technical and concise manner. This unique set of skills and experience provided him with a fresh perspective when not only developing much of the content contained in his books, but presenting the content in an interesting, easy to understand and insightful manner.
