Robert Lamon

Robert earned the Navy Achievement Medal and Navy Commendation Medal plus numerous awards for Good Conduct (often much to his surprise). During his career, besides Vietnam Robert was in the Philippines, Hawaii, Thailand, Japan, and of course the United States on both coasts and in the interior. As with many of the men and women who served, Robert has brothers-in-arms who will always be there with him, whether remaining on this plane or have moved beyond. Robert has been writing since he was in Junior High School, having authored over 100 lyrical poems, several songs, newspaper articles (in Japan) and is currently completing another fiction novel in an entirely different genre. He currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and is active in a local writer’s group and numerous other activities besides writing.
