Balu N Ilag is born and grew up in Nasik, India and he worked in Mumbai City on various technologies in Unified Communication and moved to America in 2013, after moving to America, he has been working as Unified Communication and Collaboration expert. His role is a combination of product development, implementation and strategic guidance for enterprise customers. He is fascinated for learning artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

He is Microsoft MVP since 2013 and Microsoft Certified Solution Expert for communication. He regularly writing blog post and article on Microsoft products. He is highly motivated and engaged with the Microsoft Tech community, writing blog posts on Bloguc.com and regularly in discussion on twitter and LinkedIn. His second book, "Introducing Microsoft Teams" was named one of the best Microsoft Office books of all time by BookAuthority!.
