Michael Aaron Kamins

Michael Aaron Kamins is an American poet, Imaginal psychologist and hypnotherapist, and an experimental writer. He’s from Southern California and was first published in his teenage years by literary journal Chiron Review. He developed the first Ericksonian Hypnosis certification course for the American Hypnosis Association and studied depth and archetypal psychology writing a 2013 graduate thesis on UFOs and the alchemical imagination. His Ericksonian Hypnosis course became the basis for a 2023 doctoral-project. Kamins contributed to the book “Hypermodernity And The End Of The World (2019)” and he is developing an ongoing autobio-fiction as a social-media experiment since 2025. He lives in Los Angeles.
