Emily Goode

Emily Goode grew up in Exeter, Devon. She studied English at Southampton University and, despite spending most of her time chatting up boys in the bar, surprised everyone by managing to graduate. She then moved to the bright lights of London to become a magazine journalist and worked on some of the biggest brands in the UK, although her favourite moments were spent as Deputy Editor at Pony where she shared a tiny office with an art editor and a bouncy Labrador. She now lives by the sea with her husband and a border terrier called Hamish and, when not writing romance novels, works part-time as a university lecturer.
