Aaron Powers was born and raised in central Nebraska. He received his Bachelor’s degree in English: Writing and Literature from Wayne State College in 2007. After moving to Massachusetts following college, Aaron worked in Boston as a design and editorial assistant.
Moving to Loveland, CO in 2010, Aaron published his first novel, Children of Light: Book One: The Silver-Haired Boy, in 2014. His first comic book story was featured in Front Range Tales, Volume 1 from Redbud Studios in 2018. His first independent comic book, Barren Fragments, was published in 2020, along with a pulp short story in Airship 27’s Dan Fowler G-Man: Volume Three. He loves traveling, writing, watching movies, reading comic books, watching college football (Go Huskers!) and hockey, and playing video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and Magic: The Gathering.
