Desmond has studied for years & continues to be inspired by the great literary works of the 20th century. Influenced by the modern era, Dez aims to contribute to the genre’s that raised him. Drawing from the roots of the Naturalistic / Romantic era through Transcendentalism. Blending Expressionism & Structuralism, Dez is also influenced by the neo-modern poetic era of today, including rhythm & poetry as well as rhythm & blues, & micro-poetry.
