Mark Kortepeter

Dr. Mark Kortepeter is a physician, scientist, soldier, and author. An expert in germ warfare defense, he held multiple leadership roles at USAMRIID, the nation’s largest containment laboratory dedicated to biological warfare defense, and as a consultant to the Army Surgeon General, NATO, WHO, and other organizations. Dr. Kortepeter moves comfortably between the hospital, the containment laboratory, and field environments.
