Sandra Frey

Sandra Frey is a Canadian author, raised in Calgary, Alberta. Currently working on her sixth poetry collection, which will be released in 2026, (untitled). Choosing to further her artistic career in many different outlets, Sandra has also been songwriting, working on her debut album which will be completed soon.

Expect many things to come this year!

When not writing and creating, Sandra loves animals and anything to do with sports, beauty and travelling. You can usually find her working on hockey media content, while cheering on her favourite team!
