Linzee Kull McCray

Linzee Kull McCray is a writer with a focus on textile-, craft-, and art-related topics. A former writer and editor for the University of Iowa, contributing editor at Stitch magazine, columnist for the French magazine Quilt Country, and contributor to Etsy’s blog, she has written for American Patchwork and Quilting, Modern Patchwork, Quilt Sampler, Oprah, and others. She is a regular contributor to UPPERCASE and Moda Fabric’s Cutting Table blog. She lectures nationally and internationally and was guest curator for exhibitions at the National Quilt Museum, Iowa Quilt Museum, and Texas Quilt Museum. Linzee designs feed sack-inspired fabric for Moda Fabrics and is one-half of Clark Street Quilts, a quilt pattern design team. She grew up in California and lives with her husband Paul in Iowa.
