Wendy Fraser, Ph.D.

Wendy Fraser has what the hip-hop generation calls “street cred.” A veteran of more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership and team development, she excels at understanding human dynamics and organizational development, and brings contagious energy as a speaker and consultant. Wendy considers herself a lifelong learner—she has a doctorate and three master’s degrees to back that up, but she demonstrates it by creating the space where everyone can grow and contribute. She truly believes that people have the wisdom and capacity to learn and make things better, even in the worst of times.

Wendy is an easy-to-talk-to person who really connects with people of all ages and at any level in organizations. In addition to managing her own consulting business, teaching at two universities, and serving her community as an active volunteer, she has been honored as an international humanitarian for her work with developing leadership capacity in youth around the world.
