AUTHOR NOTES:

I was born and raised in Illinois. I now live in Arizona. I am a spiritual blogger, a mom, a CNA, and Indie author. In my poetry book collection, The Fire in a Woman's Belly, I focus on healing, release, hope, and self-love from betrayal and abuse. In my memoir, Shedding the Wife: a spiritual journey through divorce, I share my Dark Night of The Soul in a very raw, authentic way- not holding anything back. Through my ordeal, I have found healing from narcissistic abuse and forgiveness by being vigilant in prayer, meditation, yoga, journaling, and dream work. My latest book is a collection of love poems, Loving Him is Heaven and Hell. Inspired by my twin flame relationship. I hope my writing inspires other women to heal their wounds through a spiritual practice that serves them in their everyday lives. And lastly, may divine love find an opening into your heart.
