Fernando E. Franco

Fernando E. Franco Sr. has been full time in the ministry for more than thirty years. He has studied at Azuza Pacific University and is a graduate of the L.A.B.I. in Los Angeles, California. He has spoken in five continents around the world, raised countless of disciples and a life coach to many, including celebrities. He currently is the lead pastor of CityView Worship Church in Oxnard, California.
