Mahesh Krishnamurthy

I was 21 years of age when I first stumbled upon an opportunity to work with a family. Their only daughter was depressed and the parents were estranged even though they lived under the same roof. I worked with the family and brought them together. That was the beginning of a new work for me.

Since then, I have worked with more than 45000 people from all walks of life and from all countries. Now, after 29 years of work, a friend of mine was getting married. I wanted to gift him something that he can cherish for the rest of his life. So, I wrote the book "What does she really want".

Prior to this, I wrote my first book "Nadi Pariksha - The Sacred Science of Pulse Diagnosis". This book is about the work I do, "Nadi Pariksha" - Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis, which is the core science I use to understand people and the attitude and emotions that are hidden beneath them.

I worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Foundation of Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions. My core work was to bridge the gap between Text and practices. This is where I learnt most about the Ayurveda, Yoga, mind, emotions, attitude and personality.

In 2015, I presented two papers on Nadi Pariksha at the 58th All India Ayurveda Congress.

I studied Yoga under various institutions. These are; Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Kaivalyadham, and several other institutions.

I am one of three brothers. My father was a Geologist and my mother a home maker. I am born into a traditional Brahmin family.

I am married and have 2 children. My wife and daughter help me in my work.
