Victor Assad is the CEO of Victor Assad Strategic Human Resources Consulting and Managing Partner of InnovationOne. With over 30 years of experience, Victor has been an active member of executive business teams and leader of human resources organizations in fast growth, high-technology, global businesses, such as Honeywell and Medtronic.

He is known for his business acumen, developing innovative cultures, leaders and teams, excellence with integrated talent strategies, and innovative solutions to business challenges. Victor now consults with small and large companies in various industries including biotech, healthcare, real estate development and management, retail, software, and semiconductors.

Victor blogs weekly and is publishing a second book on developing organizational cultures that innovate and the talent strategies to nurture them. It will be released in 2020.

Victor holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has executive certifications from Harvard and Kellogg.
