When my daughter asked me "Mommy, if you could be anyone in the whole world, who would you be?" I answered that I would want to be her mom. (Well I may have said Captain Marvel first, but then I quickly corrected myself). I love my 3 kids and love being their mom. The best thing I ever did for them was marry their daddy. He's pretty much the best dad ever. He knows how to have fun, especially when it comes to holidays, and ESPECIALLY when it comes to Halloween. He comes home the first of August with the new Halloween candy and cereal ready for everyone to consume. He's always hunting down great decorations and toys. His playlist for Halloween music and party music is primed and ready. He's got a thriving pumpkin patch every year, and he makes sure The Great Pumpkin pays a visit each Fall. Nothing but sincerity as far as the eye can see.

The author in me was born as I sat on the sidelines enjoying watching the happiness he created. Each year I've written a Halloween Book for my kids to try to add to the festivities. This was my first one to publish officially. I hope it honors all of the Greats out there who know how to enjoy holidays, family, and life.
