Holly Lynch

Holly Lynch is a psychotherapist, writer, and adoptive mom of two teenagers from Russia. As a former corporate junkie, climbing the ladder and traveling across the nation, she sought ways to claim her health, and give back. She studied clinical mental health counseling at the world-renowned Family Institute of Northwestern University, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology, with emphasis on attachment theory and trauma. She is EMDR trained, and works with groups, families, and individuals.

Holly is one of the founders of Embody Love Movement, 501(c)(3), where facilitators are trained to lead global change in how girls and women are valued.. She co-founded Dallas’ first integrative treatment center for female patients with eating disorders, offering holistic care through psychotherapy, nutrition, and yoga therapy. She supports people in learning how to take good care of themselves by making healthy choices that nourish their minds, bodies, families, and environments.

Holly is passionate about global education, health advocacy, and kindness over hate. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her two children who keep her current on memes, rock ‘n’ roll, basketball, and the reminder to always listen gently.
