Jon Jordan

Jon Jordan is a Senior Investigations Counsel with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been with the SEC for over twenty-four years and has held senior positions in both the SEC’s Washington D.C. and Miami offices. He has also worked as a securities lawyer with multiple large law firms throughout the country. He is an expert on securities regulation matters and has published numerous articles on the subject, including law journal articles at Columbia, Northwestern, NYU, Penn, and Stanford. He currently lives in Miami with his wife and three children. His second novel, The Shadow on Wall Street, came out in February 2023.
