Marilee Albert

Born and raised in LA, Marilee studied philosophy at Yale University before moving to Europe to work in the film industry. In addition to writing novels, Marilee is an LA-based screenwriter and producer, as well as a busy mother to two boys. She recently started a nonprofit, One Village Green, that promotes mental health and wellness in American kids and communities. THE TUTOR, from Rare Bird Books, is her first novel.
