Lorraine was recently awarded the gold category winner of Real Estate Business Of The Year in the STEVIE International Business Awards and was a finalist in the Small Business Awards 'Business Woman Of The Year 2022', a Finalist in The Great British Entrepreneur Awards ‘Family Business Of The Year 2022’ and a Finalist in The SAAS ‘Real Estate’ Property Software for her software compnay 'Go Tenant' and Barclays Bank Next Level Awards.

Lorraine started her career as a qualified accountant and worked in large multi-million pound companies, helping them to understand how to manage the business performance and improve systemisation of the business.

Lorraine and her husband co-own the New Era Training company (helping landlords and property entrepreneurs be compliant and scale their businesses), Go Tenant (property management software that drives compliance for Tenant and housing legislation) and the New Era Property investment company.
