Brandon Getz

Brandon Getz was born and raised outside Pittsburgh, PA. In 2010, he earned an MFA in Fiction Writing from Eastern Washington University (Spokane, WA). Since 2011, his writing has been published in more than twenty venues, including F(r)iction, Versal, and Burrow Press Review. His debut novel, Lars Breaxface: Werewolf in Space (SpaceBoy Books, 2019) took his fiction in a new direction: embracing genre tropes and cranking the irreverence up to 11. His story collection, Stop Me If You've Heard This One Before (Six Gallery Press, 2022), showcases 12 tales of the literary weird, collecting his best work, published and unpublished, from his first decade as a writer.
