Lucy is an international Certified Coach in multiple settings, such as Certified Associate Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Laser-focused Coach by the Life Coaching Group, and Organizational Coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Lucy deeply believes that coaching is a powerful way to help develop one’s own career, expand capacity to lead oneself and others, and ultimately feel fulfilled and successful in life. Lucy’s clients say that she has a superpower for helping them see clear direction and next steps, no matter how confused they are in the beginning.

Lucy has spent over 10 years working as a Talent Development/Leadership Development Consultant in a diverse range of environments: from Fortune 500 companies to startups, from manufacturing to video gaming industries, from in-house roles to external consultants. She spent most of her professional life in Hong Kong, one of the most international cities in the world.

Her multi-cultural exposure has extensively contributed to her communication style: inclusive, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. She has so far coached individuals from 4 continents and more than 13 countries.
