Victor Phimphachanh

Victor Phimphachanh (1996-Present) was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, to Lao immigrant parents. Most of his education was through Montgomery county schools, one of the most well-funded counties in the states. He, later went to college in Iowa called, Grinnell College, and majored in Spanish and went under a pre-dental track. Victor then switched from a Spanish background into a career in technology and programming.
