Suzanne Farrell Smith’s work explores memory, trauma, education, and parenthood, and appears in numerous literary and scholarly journals. She is the author of The Memory Sessions (memoir, Bucknell University Press, August 2019) and The Writing Shop (teaching writing, Brill | Sense, March 2019). A Connecticut native, Suzanne graduated from Trinity College and moved to Manhattan, where she taught elementary school. With master’s degrees from The New School and Vermont College of Fine Arts, she now teaches writing and literacy education and is creative advisor to Longridge Review. She settled back in Connecticut in 2015 with her husband and three sons.
