Barry Spivack

I am passionate about reducing suffering for the individual and society. I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University so I could give myself more knowledge about how I could best make a contribution to the world. Immediately after graduating I trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation (TM). I currently teach TM in schools, companies and patients of the NHS.
