Dax Meredith

Dax Meredith has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on crisis counseling. Her research and training include PTSD, suicide intervention, and increasing resiliency. Dax currently teaches and counsels students at the college level and is working on her children’s book series on empowerment. Her proudest accomplishments are being a mother and helping others to heal. She lives in California with her two children and enjoys overcast days on the coast. She has written several non-fiction books designed to inspire and help people through their struggles.
