Clara Boyd

Clara was born in New Jersey, and spent her formative years in Sarasota, FL. She obtained her first Bachelor’s in Health Education from Clemson University - GO TIGERS, and her second Bachelor’s in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine from University of North Florida. She holds a Masters in Sports Administration at Florida State University, as well as an Education Leadership Specialist degree Nova Southeastern University. Clara has been an educator for 15+ years in a brick and mortar school system, as well as online in the K-12 setting.

Outside of work, Clara enjoys traveling, and running and writing of course. She has completed many races including a 3 day/30-mile challenge for Breast Cancer, two half marathons, and multiple races at at Walt Disney World. She is a member of the Tallahassee Writers Association and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
