Megan Harmony is steadfast in her dedication to living a life based in love. She is kind-hearted and compassionate in nature and offers a safe place to land. She has an old-soul with a young spirit and is a gorgeous example of Soul-Full living. Having overcome many adverse circumstances she is a champion at rising up and rebuilding when all seemed lost. She has made it her mission to help others live life to the fullest. She also advocates that IT IS possible to recover from alcoholism and addictions because she herself has overcome and is living life on purpose!

Megan is always full of life and wonderment, her connection to Spirit makes her a radiant beam of light that can’t help but call you in. Megan is courageous and faces challenges with a brave heart. She is an eternal optimist and many say she is irreplaceable, unforgettable and their lives have forever changed through her presence. Her lived experience, Master Level Arcturian Reiki Practitioner. Practical Nurse Diploma, and Addictions Careworker Diploma make her uniquely qualified to assist people through their most difficult times.

Megan founded her business Soulful Sobriety in 2019 in which she is a Reiki Healer, Soul Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Author and podcaster. She helps people thrive through adversity and stay sober through it all. She teaches how to live life loving yourself, feeling worthy and excited for each new day. In her spare time, Megan can be found spending time with her family-specifically her daughter, who is her greatest blessing, reading, painting, singing or planning the next big adventure.
