Jenn Dashney

Born to songwriter parents, Jenn grew up surrounded by creatives who were committed to their crafts. She has thrived as a songwriter because it allows her to create musical space for others to process their feelings as she has done. By design then, there's a certain amount of redacting required to leave room for each listener to personally interpret the message to fit their scenario.

Over time, Jenn recognized that she had more to say. When she wrote the lyrics to the John Lennon Songwriting Contest winning song, Other Lives, she knew there was so much more to the story. She tell us she could see the imagery unfolding in her mind... and ultimately allowed herself to succumb to the inspiration and complete her first novel (of the same name).
