Danielle Hayduk, (1959-) was born on Long Island, NY, to immigrant parents from France. At the age of 11 her parents separated and she moved to France with her mother where she spent the next 11 years living in the suburbs of Paris and becoming a chameleon of an ex-pat.
She left France for a year, traveling through Latin America and Colombia, satisfying her childhood dream of seeing the rainforest. Curious of what she might have missed growing up away from the States, she returned to New York, got a feeling for the working world, then moved to San Francisco where she opened up a French language school and created a new methodology for learning the language, including books, videos and audio tapes.
Back in New York in 1987, she started a marketing firm and created a niche magazine that she published for sixteen years, all while performing the duties of the executive director for several networking groups.
After 911 she entered the real estate investing world, relocating to the Midwest where she purchased a commercial building, opened a restaurant, then wound up selling it to finance her first residential purchases.
From commercial renovations to residential rental units in Northwestern Ohio to rehabbing, to land contracts, to running short term rentals, Danielle Hayduk has extensive experience in the world of real estate. She currently hosts several real estate meetup groups.
She currently lives in Hudson, Ohio, outside of Cleveland.
