Michelle Estes has over 25 years in the bar/restaurant industry. She has lived and traveled all over the world experiencing the flavor of other cultures. A southern girl at heart, she came back to her roots in Mobile, Alabama. She is well versed in the complexities of running a restaurant and bringing people together. She has competed on many levels and understands what it takes to make it all happen, especially when nothing is going as planned. She doesn't sugar coat the situations and manages to recount the stories with a sense of humor. Her stories are for real.

She is now living in Central America where she is currently working on her second book. Panama...For Real.
