David Taylor

As a husband, licensed therapist, author, business owner, mental health blogger, speaker, self-help and relationship coach, and consultant, David L. Taylor has committed his life to working to add value to others. Drawing from the inspiration that he has received from many of the great leadership forerunners (John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Myles Munroe, Napoleon Hill, Andy Andrews…to name a few), David has worked relentlessly to refine his gift so that he can remain productive and effective when working with others.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University. He currently is licensed as a Mental Health Counseling in the state of Florida. He is also certified as a Life Coach. David has 15 years of clinical experience working with clients and currently practices psychology part-time from his own counseling private practice but spends the majority of his time working from home pursuing his other entrepreneurial endeavors as an author, speaker, coach and consultant. Both David and his wife Amanda are co/founders of their main online business: Mastering Marriage.

Within Mastering Marriage, they have written and published 6 books (both David and Amanda each have authored a bestselling book). They also produced a couples stretch and connect fitness DVD titled: Rated M For Marriage.

They also provide coaching and counseling to spouses and couples who are struggling inside of their marriage through their Strategic Stander Program and their 3 day intensives that they host locally.

Together they co-host their top ranked iTunes podcast titled: The Mastering Marriage Podcast and they provide various teachings and trainings online inside of their 2 private Facebook groups as well as to their Mastering Marriage Facebook page that has over 159,000 followers.

Along with those aforementioned accomplishments, David has served as a keynote speaker on numerous occasions, presented at multiple conferences and seminars and has written multiple articles for magazine and newspaper publications.
