Deborah Marqui

Deborah Marqui is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in St. Charles, IL. Professionally, her mission is to help others integrate body, mind, and spirit into health and wholeness. A passionate gardener and cancer survivor, Deborah, along with her husband, Buzz, own and operate Healing Gardens at Stone Hill farm, a two acre expanse of woodland and perennial gardens that are open to the public on set dates to help others connect with God through the restorative power of Nature. She says, “It has been my experience that as we contemplate God’s activity in nature, creation becomes our Teacher and Healer. The lessons we learn from nature give us the tools to help sustain and nurture our souls.” Deborah leads nature retreats and gives workshops as a commissioned presenter of Centering Prayer teaching this transforming, ancient Christian mediation practice.
