Gia Ganesh is a career and engagement strategist passionate about using the power of moments to help organizations and employees thrive. She currently heads People & Culture at a fantastic healthcare IT organization.

Gia has had a non-traditional career path. She started in IT and has moved through the career jungle to her sweet spot - people development. As a career coach, she has helped numerous professionals land meaningful and fulfilling positions. As a speaker, she has led numerous workshop sessions for corporate women's groups in the metro Atlanta area.

Her entrepreneurial nature and her passion for career development led to the creation of the Daily Career Journal.

As a mom of 2, Gia is often juggling work, zumba, chocoholism and cooking.
