Bruce Hendrick grew up with significant mental illness in his family. As a consequence, trust evaporated. He has spent his life learning to cope with, overcome, and eventually teach others how to achieve more trust in their work and personal lives. By understanding what makes untrusting people tick, he relays his practical and hard-won wisdom with clarity and humor.
Hendrick founded Building Trust, LLC (www.brucehendrick.com) in 2008 to help professionals in all walks of life become more effective through improving their interpersonal communication, trust-building, and leadership skills. He offers many services along these lines and is a popular and sought-after national public speaker.
Bruce also serves as the owner and CEO of RBB, The Small Batch Experts, a 55-person electronics assembly company in Wooster, Ohio. RBB has been serving the custom electronics needs of the industrial and medical marketplace since 1973. To learn more about RBB, visit www.rbbsystems.com.
On the road to his RBB role, he led everything from Boy Scout peers to night shifts at fast food joints to significant change efforts in Fortune 500 companies. His down-to-earth style is always based on what works with real people in the real world.
Bruce has three grown children: daughters Kelly and Kara, and son Kirk. He and his cat Karlie reside in Wayne County, Ohio.
