David Baum
David Baum has thirty years of experience as a nationally respected expert in deep and sustainable change; his major clients include a roster of the Who’s Who of the Fortune 500. He has conducted conflict mediation in Northern Ireland, walking meetings in the Middle East, and large-scale change projects for companies like Shell Oil, Barclays, GE, Schwab, and Fidelity. David has worked with Jane Goodall, Oprah Winfrey, and President Bill Clinton. His clients have won the Nobel Peace Prize, the Conrad Hilton Humanitarian Prize, the World Children’s Prize, the Malcolm Baldrige Award, and the Clinton Global Citizen Award. He holds two doctorates—the first in psychology, the second in divinity. David worked his way through graduate school by performing with the circus. Thus, he is one of the few people with a background in fire eating, juggling, and magic to have taught at three of the world’s top ten business schools. He is a sought-after consultant, coach, and speaker. David lives in Peterborough, New Hampshire, with his wife and Jack Russell terrier—his most significant change failure to date.
