Michael E. Doren

Michael E. Doren grew up in Wasilla, Alaska. He served in the Marines on the USS Ranger as a Nuclear Weapons Security Guard, was a member of the Marine Corps Rifle Team, and taught weapons and tactics at the prestigious Marine Corps Anti-Terrorist School at Mare Island, CA.

On a quest for Biblical truth, he attended Canyonview Bible Seminary after leaving the Marines. This experience of studying the Greek New Testament primed the next decades of study and reflection on the Word of God and led to the creation of his epic Paranormal Christian Thriller series, Hands of the Son.

Decades of research were required to write the fiction series, and this research has been distilled into the non-fiction works of Path to the Cross, a primer on the Old Testament and its connection to Christianity, and Islam and the Cross, a primer on Islam and its history with Christianity and Judaism.
