I trained with the International Association of Infant Massage whilst pregnant with my first baby. I was already an established Aromatherapist, working closely with pregnant women and it seemed such a natural progression to train as an Infant Massage practitioner.

I have been teaching baby massage for over 20 years and it’s been a privilege and a wonderful experience to see so many babies and their carers enjoy the process. I have had parents return with their second, and in some cases their third babies! I have massaged my two children since birth and they continue to request regular massage even though they are now in their late teens and early 20’s.

What an amazing way to teach our children the power of positive touch. This book will allow you to explore the power of that touch through a set of routines designed for most situations, pick and choose what you think is best for your baby. I sincerely hope you enjoy the process.

I work in Brighton as an Infant Massage Instructor and an Aromatherapist. I teach massage and essential oil therapeutics and offer CPD to post-grad students. My private practice, from the seed, offers aromatherapy treatments to all.
