Darryl Barnes is a Philadelphia native currently living in Las Vegas. He specializes in writing mythology and superhero stories. His main series is the Raiden series, which consists of Raiden: Guardian of Lightning and its sequels. He focuses on character-driven humor to ease readers into more complex subjects, and his plots are often driven by the characters themselves rather than outside sources. When not working on his next novel, Darryl is probably playing video games, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
